In the latest bit of bad news in what's increasingly become a nightmare renovation, Chicago Cubs owner Tom Ricketts said construction on Wrigley Field will take at least one more year than initially expected.   “There will be four more years,” Ricketts said Wednesday, per David Just of the Chicago Sun-Times. “The way we project it now is four more years of construction.” The initial phase of construction, bleacher reconstruction, has been fraught with delays that will leave many fans displaced once the regular season begins.
