The Baltimore Orioles have acquired starting pitcher Scott Feldman from the Chicago Cubs in exchange for starting pitcher Jake Arrieta, reliever Pedro Strop and international signing bonus slots. The Orioles also receive catcher Steve Clevenger in the deal.
