Chicago White Sox and Chicago Cubs: Ranking the Top 8 Prospects

When Keith Law released his organizational rankings for minor league systems, the Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox were rated in the bottom ten.  Both Chicago teams are going into a rebuilding phase, and many fans have begun to focus on the players coming up through the system that will be able to help their team win in the near future.
