Derrek Lee Vs. Andrian Gonzalez: Who Deserves It More?

The 2009 NL All-Star team is pretty stacked. Just one person is missing: Derrek Lee.
The first basemen for the National League include Albert Pujols, Prince Fielder, and Adrian Gonzalez. Don't get me wrong. All these guys are awesome. Especially Albert Pujols. But I think Derrek Lee deserves it, especially over Andrian Gonzalez.
Derrek Lee is batting .279 with 16 home runs and 53 RBI. More RBI then Adrian Gonzalez (52). His .279 batting average is higher than Adrian Gonzalez's (.256). All three hitters have more home runs then Lee, but since when is home runs the deciding factor in who makes the all-star team?
