Chicago Cubs manager Mike Quade has been saying strange things all season, and his comments about the Washington Nationals on Tuesday did little to prove his sanity.
When asked if he was considering removing Rodrigo Lopez from the rotation so that Casey Coleman could get more major league experiance down the stretch, Quade told the Chicago Tribune,
