MLB Free Agency 2012: Report Says Cubs Have Not Yet Agreed to Terms with Soler

It was reported last night by many major news sources that Cuban outfielder Jorge Soler, one of the most-coveted free agents left in baseball, had agreed to terms with the Chicago Cubs.
Now David Kaplan of CSN Chicago reports that this is not the case, and that Soler has not agreed in principle to any contract with the Cubs or any other major league team.
