Theo Epstein: 5 Moves He Needs to Make For the Chicago Cubs in His First Year

Common thought around the MLB was that Theo Epstein had a great chance to go to the Chicago Cubs and take over their vacant General Manager position.
Now that the deal is done and Epstein is a member of the Cubs front office, there is a lot of work to be done if he wants to restore the Cubs to being a winning franchise.
And most importantly, breaking the Curse of the Billy Goat and bring a World Series title back to Chicago.
Here are five moves that Theo Epstein must make in his first season as Chicago Cubs General Manager.
